Before your initial appointment, a consultation meeting with Joanna is required to develop your treatment plan and discuss any questions or concerns you may have prior to committing. Please fill out out complimentary consultation request form below, a booking link will be emailed to you directly. Consultation meetings will last around a half hour.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A credit card is required to reserve an appointment. Our clinic adheres to a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments over 10 minutes, and a 48-hour cancellation policy for all treatments over one hour. Please call us at 413 335 3707 if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to show and any cancellations with less than 24-48 hours of notice (depending on appointment type) are subject to a cancellation fee up to the full cost of the scheduled service(s). Cancellation policy will be enforced for all clients more than 10 minutes late to their appointment.

All treatments longer than 1.5 hours require a booking deposit of $200 to reserve your appointment spot. This deposit is non-refundable, but will be deducted from total treatment cost at time of payment.
